Support Worker – Moor Court

The Role

Supporting adults with a learning difficulty to undertake their personal hygiene needs, medication, medical appointments, internal and external activities.

Our service user group consists of a mix of male and female and range from age 47 to 74 years. They are an active group of individuals who participate in group and individually chosen activities.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to advance within the company. Innovation Care is a small organisation of two homes where you will be treated as part of a large family

Qualities/Experience/Skills

• Ideally we are looking for someone with experience but this is not essential.
• You will need to be a driver to enable access to the community.
• A motivated and flexible individual able to take initiative and work as part of our dedicated team.
