Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Scheduling Care Coordinator to join our Katherine Harriet Office.

We are ideally seeking someone who is experienced in this area, organised, enthusiastic. You will be required to ensure that care packages are covered in line with client preferences and in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for the up keep of the 2 weekly templates and the completion of the rotas, as well as covering ad-hoc calls and to cover for sickness.

You will need to build professional relationships and trust with both the staff and clients to enable you to get the best from your job role.

You will be required to work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure that runs of work and working patterns are logic and efficient.

This role does require you to be part of the on call team, this is on a rota basis once every 4 weeks and one night during the week.

 

Skills/qualifications/experience

  • Full clean driving license is essential

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role or care setting. Full training will be provided.
