Ashfield Care are looking for home care workers to join our lovely team in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. We are looking for people who want to make a difference in their local community and enabling those who are wanting to remain in their own homes. We are looking for people to work mornings (7.00am-2.00pm), afternoons/evenings (4.30pm-9.30/10pm) and weekends (one weekend on-one weekend off is typical). We are looking for caring and reliable people to help our various clients in their own homes. This will include providing personal care, meal preparation, light domestic duties and other adhoc requirements depending on the service user.

You should be able to communicate with a variety of people and treat our service users and their families with dignity and respect. We liken this to treating clients in the same way that you would want someone in your family to be treated.

We look after our care workers to make sure they receive all the support they need.
