We have an exciting opportunity to become part of the team at Katherine Harriet Office Team as our Client Care Advisor,
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and professional person to attend assessments, write care plans, take notes for meetings and be a point of call for all of our clients.
Katherine Harriet Home Care have been in the domiciliary sector for over 5 years. Established on providing high-end, quality care to enable our Clients to live independently at home. Registered as GOOD by the Care Quality Commission, we are recognised by Health Care Professionals and our staff alike as a good place to work, focusing on Staff at the core of all we do.
As Client Care Advisor you will work closely with the Registered Manager and as part of the Care Team to support to ensure that all paperwork and documentation leaving Katherine Harriet is done so in a timely manner, accurate and professionally completed in our house style.
Hours of work will be 08:45 – 17:15 at our Hereford Office on Broad Street.
Experience in the care sector preferred, starting salary £22,000.00 dependant on experience.
Due to the nature of the role a driving license will be required, use of company car will be available whilst attending appointments.
