Martha Trust is looking for enthusiastic, motivated care assistants to join our team supporting adults and children with profound learning disabilities. We adopt a dignified and holistic approach to fulfilling the lives of everyone who lives within our homes, while having fun.

Based on the outskirts of Hereford city, in beautiful surroundings, our residents love being in our on-site swimming pool as well as making the most of our other excellent facilities, such as the wheelchair accessible swing and purpose-built trampoline. We also enjoy a variety of social activities, such as trips to the zoo, shopping in the city or having a coffee with friends. The team includes nurses, carers, ancillary staff, an aromatherapist, physiotherapist, speech and language and occupational therapist. It is a chance to learn more about working in a care environment and making a change to a persons day.

We care for people with profound and complex disabilities in our purpose-built homes. The service is lifelong and there are 14 residents at each site.

If you think you can offer an excellent standard of care, this job opportunity is for you. No experience is necessary as full, extensive training and a comprehensive induction is provided to all new staff. Please get in touch for more information.

Experience

We are open to people over the age of 18 and there is no requirement for experience, although that is useful, as we will provide full training.
