Who you provide care and support to, the types of services on offer, what the role will include and where the services are based:
Our clients are based around the Kington and Presteigne area. Successful candidates will be visiting them in their homes, offering personal care, medication support, nutritional support, taking them out, social support.
What qualities/skills/qualifications would you like from an interested applicant?
The successful candidate will be confident and have good communication skills, be able to work as part of a team and have a caring and empathetic attitude. It is essential that the successful candidate will be able to drive and have access to a car. Candidates will also need to be able to work on a rota based system of days, some evenings and some weekends.

We are a small team and provide good quality care. There is great support form managers and other team members. Communication between the team is very important. Managers are readily available to offer support where needed and know their clients well. We try to be as flexible as possible to work around employees personal/home life.
