Care Manager

We are looking for someone to join our team at Katherine Harriet who is reliable, committed has good communication and a team player.

We have an opening for a Care Manager Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:15 at our office on Broad Street.

Katherine Harriet is a Bespoke Home Care Company who has a passion for ensuring our clients remain in their own home with a variety of support from our Wellbeing Assistants.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience and knowledge within a similar role
• Be enthusiastic, determined and flexible
• Hold a full driving license, due to nature of role
• Be able to use own initiative and support the Registered Manager in decision making
• Hold a level 5 diploma or looking to work towards this
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Scheduling Officer in all aspects of this role
• Liaising with the Client Care Advisor in relation to new and current Clients
• To be part of the On Call Team
• To manage our Reablement Package with Herefordshire Council
• To work alongside health care professionals and the RM
• To ensure our Clients are looked after in all aspects of queries or matters that need to be addressed / arranged
• To manage the on-boarding process
• To support the RM with audits and keeping accurate details / information

About the role:

• Full time – 08:45-17:15 with a need to be flexible in case of emergencies
• On Call – pre-arranged rota
